Data processed
BlablaDoc processes the data needed to create a practitioner account, publish a website, manage online appointments, teleconsultation and billing: professional identity, email, practice information, published content, availability and appointment information.
Patient data collected when booking
When a patient books through a practitioner's website, BlablaDoc may process their name, email, phone number, appointment date and time, appointment type, free-text reason and the information required to change or cancel the appointment. The reason may reveal health-related information by context: it is limited to what is necessary and must not be used as a medical record.
Purposes and legal bases
This data is used to provide the requested service, confirm the appointment, notify the practitioner and patient, allow changes or cancellation, secure access and provide support. Processing mainly relies on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests for security and evidence, and legal obligations related to billing.
Retention
Practitioner account data is kept while the service is used, then archived according to legal requirements. Appointment data is kept for appointment management, support and operational evidence, then deleted or anonymized according to a proportionate retention policy.
Sensitive data
BlablaDoc Phase 1 is not intended to collect or store full patient files, diagnoses, medical reports or other sensitive clinical information. Practitioners must not enter this type of information in website, blog or AI assistant areas.
Processors
The service relies on technical providers for hosting, authentication, payment, appointments, email, observability and AI assistance, including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Upstash, Sentry and the configured AI providers. Data transfers are limited to operational needs.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, objection, restriction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@blabladoc.com. If you are a patient, you can also contact the practitioner with whom the appointment was booked.
